How much is shipping?
PodVapes sends all orders by express from its warehouse in New Zealand. Next day delivery is available to most east coast cities when ordered before 1.30PM AEST. The cost of shipping is a flat fee of $23.99.

How long does shipping take?
All orders received before 3:30pm NZ time will be shipped the same day via DHL Express from Auckland into Australia. (Monday to Friday excluding NZ National Holidays). Orders to all major East Coast cities arrive in 1-2 days. For all other regions, orders will arrive in around 3-5 days. Please note that it can take longer for delivery if you are located in a rural area.
All our products are shipped with tracking from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand via DHL Express.
Can I update my address on my order?
Yes, if the update is required before receiving tracking information, please send a Facebook message or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Order #. However, if you wish to perform an address update after your order has been dispatched, please contact DHL directly on 13 14 06 and quote your tracking number.
Why do I need to provide my ID? This is my second order?
ID verification is used for proof of age purposes only. Once you have an age verified account, you will not be asked to provide your ID again.
Do I need to pay for custom duties to receive my order?
The cost of duties and taxes are incorporated into our product pricing. At our Australian store, we do not allow orders greater than $1000 AUD to prevent import duty charges.
Can you ship my order to my address in Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide.
Do you reimburse the return shipping cost for replacements?
We will refund return shipping fees for unwanted or faulty products if we determine that the device needs to be returned. Most of the time, device warranty replacements are processed without the need to return the device to us.
I received an incorrect device or pods. Who pays for the return shipping fee?
We will any refund shipping fees for incorrectly received items. We may also offer store credit for the value of the incorrectly shipped products.
Do I have to return my faulty device?
Most device warranty claims can be processed without the need to ship the device back to us. If you are having issues with your device, please contact us with the order number under which the device was purchased and a video showing the issue. If both details are received, we can ship you a brand new device free of charge.
